Our Story
In the heart of Sarasota, Florida, where sugar-white Siesta Key sand meets the Gulf’s gentle waves and our community pulses with art, culture, and an unbeatable outdoor lifestyle, Sarasota Foot Care Center was born from a powerful yet profound vision: healthy feet are the foundation of a fuller, more active life.
That mission became reality in 1998 when four of Sarasota’s most respected podiatrists combined their individual practices to create one exceptional group dedicated to world-class foot and ankle care:

Together they laid the cornerstone of what would grow into Sarasota’s premier, independently owned podiatry practice, now proudly located at 2000 Webber Street, Suite 110.
More than 25 years later, that original commitment to excellence, innovation, and genuine compassion still guides everything we do. Leadership has naturally evolved, and today the practice is led by managing partner Craig Conti, DPM and partners Robert Frimmel, DPM, and Candice Kepich, DPM. We’re also thrilled to have recently welcomed Matthew Liwski, DPM as the newest member of our physician family.
From our early days, we embraced Sarasota’s spirit of wellness, helping locals and visitors alike navigate the ups and downs of foot health amid the sunny Florida climate. Our patients throughout time have redefined our journey, reminding us that 25 years isn't just a milestone; it's a tapestry of lives touched, from detecting early signs of issues to guiding patients through reversals of diabetes. We've celebrated with runners who, after our customized orthotics and physical therapy, crossed the finish line at the Sarasota Half Marathon pain-free. We've supported dancers and golfers through injuries, watching them return to their passions stronger than before. And we've been there for families, treating congenital deformities in children and arthritic pain in seniors, turning challenges into triumphs.
